Built by Numbers People, for People Who Need Clarity
We started tiranysoliq in 2019 because we kept seeing the same problem. Business owners had spreadsheets everywhere — revenue projections in one place, costs in another, cash flow tracked on the back of an envelope. It wasn't working.
Why We're Here
Before tiranysoliq, our founder Callum Desforge spent twelve years helping manufacturing and retail businesses untangle their finances. The same question kept coming up: "Where will we be in six months if things keep going this way?"
Most businesses had historical data. They knew what happened last month or last quarter. But forecasting? That was guesswork mixed with hope. We built tiranysoliq to change that — to give businesses a clear view of what's ahead based on actual patterns, not wishful thinking.
Now we work with companies across Queensland and New South Wales, helping them make decisions with confidence rather than crossing their fingers.

What Drives Our Work
These aren't corporate values we put on a wall. They're how we actually operate when we're sitting with your financial data at 4pm on a Tuesday.
Honest Numbers
We show you what the data actually says — even when it's uncomfortable. A forecast that makes you feel good but isn't grounded in reality is worse than no forecast at all.
Practical Focus
Financial models are only useful if they help you make decisions. We skip the unnecessary complexity and build tools you'll actually use every month, not ignore after the first week.
Real Partnership
Your business changes throughout the year. We adjust forecasts and budgets as you go, not just set them up once in January and disappear until December.
What We're Good At
Seven years of working with Australian businesses — from $2M wholesalers to $45M manufacturers — taught us where forecasting actually helps and where it's just theatre.
We focus on the areas where better planning makes a measurable difference to how you run things day to day.
- Cash flow projections that account for your actual payment cycles, not textbook assumptions
- Scenario planning for big decisions — new hires, equipment purchases, facility expansions
- Budget frameworks that connect to your accounting system instead of living in isolated spreadsheets
- Quarterly reviews where we look at what happened versus what we expected and adjust accordingly
- Department-level tracking so managers can see their impact without waiting for month-end reports
Who You'll Work With
Small team, which means you'll actually get to know the people handling your numbers. No offshore support queues or rotating account managers.

Founder & Lead AnalystStarted in manufacturing finance in 2007. Spent too many years watching good businesses make expensive mistakes because they couldn't see three months ahead. Built tiranysoliq to fix that specific problem.
Our Approach to Forecasting
Most forecasting software gives you a hundred features you'll never use. We do the opposite. We focus on three core questions: Where's your cash going? What happens if revenue drops 15%? When can you afford that next step?
Everything else is noise. We built our models around these questions because they're the ones that actually matter when you're trying to run a business without constant financial anxiety.
Working with Australian Businesses
Queensland and NSW businesses have specific patterns — seasonal tourism impacts, supply chain dependencies on Asian markets, GST reporting cycles. We've built our forecasting templates around these realities instead of generic international models that miss local context.
